Production and Operations

Production
Our production is based on a complete cycle, from breeding and fattening to selling willow animals.

Management
We also manage livestock movement within our projects to optimally align the feed base and stocking density.

Pastures
The pastures are planted with Gatton panic grass, Sudan grass, as well as native pasture. At present, our pastures support a very good stocking density.

Herds
Typically, we work with herds of around 200 animals on roughly 200 hectares, tailored to the respective land quality and management intensity.
Our Investment Focus
Premium land in prime locations
We invest in high quality, well accessible and well managed agricultural land, or in undeveloped land with long term potential.
Sustainable development
Where land is undeveloped, we clear and develop it and establish a fully operational farm based on the most efficient and socially responsible agricultural principles.
Professional management
Local farm managers support us hands on and contribute their regional expertise. This ensures our projects are both economically viable and sustainably anchored in the region.
Region & Climate
The farms are located in the Gran Chaco in Paraguay, a dry savannah and forest region with a warm climate.
Water supply
Modern Australian tanks ensure reliable water availability throughout the year.
Land use
We are planning around 2 hectares per cattle, half for pasture, the rest remains a nature reserve to promote biodiversity.
